Jon Wai joined Kaikor in 2000 after working as a foreman with KD Construction and Kiewit Pacific. He is a graduate of the Carpenter's Union Apprentice Program and has over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry.
Pat Plunkett has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He joined Kaikor in 2000 and has been the Foreman on many of our high profile projects including the Replacement of the North Kahana Bridge which was 2012 BIA Award of Excellence winner and the repair of the Halona Blowhole Lookout.

Pat Plunkett, Carpenter Forman
Roger Mamuad came to Kaikor as an Apprentice Carpenter in 2009 and was promoted to foreman in 2012. He is currently overseeing several jobs on Oahu.

David Welch, Mason Foreman
David Welch is a graduate of Kahuku Highschool and joined Kaikor in 2003. He is a certified ACI Concrete Flatwork Technician and has over 20 years experience as a Mason
Noah Halemano-Lyman, Laborer Foreman
Noah is a graduate of Waianae High School and started at Kaikor in 2010 as an expeditor. He joined the union and demonstrated his strong ability in the feild and was promoted to Laborer Foreman in 2015. Most recently he lead the crew in the renovation and repair of the Iolani Palace grounds which won the prestigious Historic Preservation Award.
